I had a Brain wave so decided to write a poem, release somd frustration and spread the knowledge.... 1st time poem....Read and Enjoy
Delusion, confusion
Not seeing things for what they really are...An Illusion?
A history that we are struggling to find not because it’s lost
But hidden because of what its worth and what it will cost
Everyman deserves to know there history what ever their race
But why must ours be some kind of chase
Mother tongue alienated, constantly discriminated.
Hated, unrated and still we are chasin’
They don’t wanna tell us nothin’ but constantly try to dismiss
About that was then, get over it, that just takes the piss.
A history of royalty and not just of slavery
300 years of torment and still we are strong I call that Bravery
Sick of this shit, Expose and they will deny
Or they will try and tell u half the truth which we all know is a lie.
We are the original, FACTS do not lie, so please please please stop trying to deny
It doesn’t make us better , No way... but rather
Starting humanity does make us your mother and your father.
'And you should honour your mother and father’
All I see is negativity

Showing all just poverty
But that’s not all its meant to be.
Where’s the positivity?
A wise guy once told me its not called tel ‘LIE’ vision for no reason.
Come on people wake up and give yourself a pinch.
Educate your self, read, google the likes of Willie lynch.
Research Egypt, Look up what we created,
Everything isn’t always how it is stated.
I for one was sick of not knowing.
If u don’t know where you’ve been how can you be sure of where your going.
There’s more to our history than what they teach us at school
Dont let them trick you and be taken for a fool
MLK and Malcom X were not the only Black figures of our history
U need to look up what seems to be a mystery.
Bessie Coleman, Marcus Garvey,Frederick Douglas, Rosa Parks..Many more to name
If you don’t know Read a book don’t feel no shame.
Recognise, realise, don’t be fooled by all the lies.
There more to see, there’s more to find, but its up to you to decide
Educate, tell ur mate, pass it on duplicate
Spread the word, tell your friend, Motherland is where is started and where it will end.
DONT LEAVE IT DOWN TO ONE MONTH TO RECOGNISE YOUR BLACK CULTURE!!!
